I'm sorry - I know this must get asked all the time but I just wanted to check! :hmm:
Does the 2 - 4.5 litres of water we have to have each day include the water we put into the shakes?
I'm managing to drink just over 2 litres a day although I am trying to drink a bit more. Knowing that the water in the shakes is included would make sure I'm definately having enough!
