its just that I have read some people are drinking 4 litres?????

You should aim for 5 pts that way you have definately had enough :D

Once you're established, you can build up the water intake gradually if you want but you dont need to drink anymore than about 4/5 pts of water :)

Would my water from my coffee count towards it or not??

Lol well hun you don't HAVE to drink coffee :) and there's no such thing as "too much" - you can go over the guideline amount, as that's really an average of what you should have... more is ok. On lighterlife they encourage 3l a day I think (as opposed to the 2.25 on Cambridge).

The main thing is to drink little and often and don't try and drink it all at once :) xx

Thank you chocolatecat and wannabslim!! So if I drink a 2l bottle of water and 3 cups of coffe a day then that should be more than enough ???
