i wouldnt worry to much, there has been a lot of talk before about what is the minimujm and is there a maximum etc.... i think if you are thirsty then drink it, have the minimum of course, but certainly dont worry about having too much... its not like your forcing it down, if you want it, drink it, in my opinion.. :)
