Being new i have been scanning the posts people have posted and i see an awful lot drink at least 2 litres of water a day, this may sound silly but how does water actually aid weightloss?
 
When you're on Lighter Life - you are not taking in as much water as you would do normally through food, so you need to drink more to compensate. You also need to keep your kidneys and liver flushed while they are processing and working through the 'fat stores', it aids the way that mechanism works.
Also, if you do not intake enough water, your body will go into 'panic mode' where it will think it does not have enough liquid in the environment and will want to retain as much of that as possible in the cells of your body (hence - water retention). If you drink enough, your body will be less likely to hold on to excess "weight" - which is always good news for those who rely on what the scales say! ;)
