Woohoo finally my body seems to be getting used to all the water I'm drinking & I'm not at the loo every 5 minutes. I'm drinking at least 1.5 litres a day which for someone who used to probably only drink 500ml of pepsi max a day is good going I think...
Well done I need to drink more water, but I find it so easy to forget to drink. I only drink water anyway or black decaf coffee but still I forget to drink throughout the day. I probably have 4 glasses of water and 2 coffees a day.
yep apparently, so im only on 4 glasses lol and I only drink bottled water not tap, cant stand the taste of it. (would be fine if I still lived up North, but the water down here is horrible lol)
