You absolutely MUST drink the water. It has to do with liver function and it helps your body metabolise the stored fat and flush it from your system. I think it was Ice moose who coined the "More you drink, the more you shrink" phrase and its so true.

Are you hungry because you are in the early stages & hence not in ketosis? This will pass, honest! Is it perhaps emotional hunger rather than physical hunger?

Failing all that, try adding the water flavours to it, it might help, as might sparkling water. Now THAT is what gets me by!!

She is right! Have you tried the crystals? I water them down, but it sure helps.

You must drink the water it is important. As a rule our 'Food' is made up of 60 -70% water and this needs to be replaced. Try adding more water to your shakes or soups this will all help with your fluid intake.
