sorry no fruit water or fruit tea, lots of tea and black coffee or water only, you do get used to it so perservere with it.

Hiya, i had trouble drinking the required amount of water at first but it does get a lot easier. Unfortunatley you can't have any flavouring! Water is like your best friend on this diet and will help you have good weight losses each week. Persevere with it and you will find you don't even think about how much you are drinking. x
