WTF??? Am a bit gutted with that! Was sure a good loss mid week would mean a big loss today. Oh well, I suppose it's nearly 1/2 lb and it's in the right direction, lol!

Ok. Focus on the possitives. I met a friend last night I hadn't seen in a few months and the first thing she said to me was she could see I'd lost weight. I felt really good yesterday and that doesn't need to change just because I've not lost as much as I'd like.

I just feel a bit frustrated that my weight loss seems to have stalled a wee bit.

So, maybe I've been getting a bit complacent? I'm going to really focus on my DDs this week and do the following:

1. Weigh in every day.
2. Stick to 500 calories.
3. Drink water - 2 litres per day.

Hopefully that will do the trick.

Your comment of i felt good yesterday made me smile as yesterday I felt skinny because the scales said less than today and now i feel fat because they say a tiny bit more LOL RIDICULOUS

You are doing great, and if you read around peoples weight losses vary a lot on Juddd and it is best to look at the big picture and make sure you have a nice downward trend whcih you do :) keep up the good work

Thanks - yes you're right. I'm finding the true weight app is good for reassuring myself things are going in the right direction despite small spikes and occasional sts's.

I was reminded how much I love JUDDD today. Mr Wavycat took me out for a pizza and glass of wine at lunchtime. The best thing about it wasn't the yummy pizza (very thin crispy ham mushroom and red onion mmmmm), but the lack of anxiety and guilt I felt about ordering it and eating it. It's worth JUDDING just for that alone!

Planning baked mackerel and potato salad for dinner - probably very late as am nice and full from lunch.

Ok, lets try and get well into the 210s over the next couple of weeks. I've got an early Christmas party to go to a week on Friday and the dress I want to wear is almost
fitting - a couple of pounds should mean it fits comfortably.

Haven't had anything to eat yeat today. Am planning to pick up something in M&S later.

I've decided to pack away all of my clothes that still don't fit into a big suitcase that lives underneath my bed. I'm quite bad a constantly trying things on to see if they fit yet! From now on, I'm only going to have a big trying on session after every 5lbs lost - that should mean I really see a difference.

Ok, that's looking a bit more promising - let's see the 110s by Friday, please!

Tried something different today. Didn't eat anything until 8pm, when I had 500 calories worth of spagetti bolognese. It felt nice having a proper meal rather than crispbreads etc. I've found that I'm managing hunger during the day quite well - don't even get hungry until about 4 or 5pm.

I find that's the easiest way for me too.. I spend up to 100 cals for milk in tea, a soup or a glass of V05 and keep most of my calories for dinner. I could go with no food all day no problem, but in the evening I need a proper meal (and snacks!)

Good luck for getting to the 110s by Friday :cross:
