I would suggest the jackets too!!! Or I know they used to do a chicken and bacon salad and you could ask for the dressing to be served on the side..not sure if they do it anymore though.

They do steak don't they? Mixed grills as well if you're on EE or red day would be a good choice.

Whenever I have been to W'spoons for food, they never seem to have what I order which is annoying!

I would go for a jacket P like the other ladies have said, fills you up and you know what you're getting!

With steak etc you don't know what oil they've used to cook it and there's always the risk it could be a bit too fatty!

I love my prawns but i see the prawns already has dressing on the salad.
I like jacket potatoes with beans. or i looked at the chicken cesar salad but not sure how many syns.

Hi Gemma, I always have the jacket potato with 5 bean chilli. It's really nice and ask for the salad with no dressing on, you get a pretty big salad (the dressing is yummy though!) Oh and once I forgot to ask for no butter in the jacket, so that's worth remembering too!!

Gemma, don't go for chicken caesar salad, this always sounds like a healthy option but it is loaded with more fat and calories than fish and chips!!!

Last time I went to our local weatherspoons I had curry and it was so bad all I could eat were the poppadoms, I wasn't impressed. I hope yours is nicer!
