    HELP!!
    So my husbands taking me out for a slap up meal tonight as we recieved some brill news, hes booked us a table at this place, now im just so confused as i dont want to come of diet for a day as already had a bit of a bad week, ive copied the menu of there website, can people look at it and just give me a suggestion on what best for SW as i have not a clue!!

    I reckon your best bet is
    Steamed Panache of Fish with Baby Vegetables and Saffron Sauce
    (Plaice,Salmon,Prawns,Mussels,Bream,Dover Sole,Cod)

    Ask for the sauce on the side and there to be no butter on the veggies and it should be fine! ​

    I would have the sole and the samphire. You could ask them to leave off the butter, or put it in a dish at the side so you could have just a little bit to taste. I love grilled fish and samphire is very tasty.

    Or the steamed fish - can't get much healthier than that!! Again, with the sauce on the side.

    Not a great fan of squid, so I wouldn't have that myself, but sounds good.

    The thing to do is to get the waiter/waitress on your side by explaining that you are not allowed to eat too much fat or oil (you don't need to go into details) - they will be quite used to dealing with that sort of request and I find that asking nicely always goes a long way!

    It's a very interesting menu - can I come too?!!!
