Website or App recomendations please for 5:2 fasting days

    Hi all I am starting the fasting diet. I want to keep a track of my 500 calories on fasting days. What is a good app/ website to try for UK foods ?

    MyFitnessPal is the best out of about a dozen I have tried. It has a huge UK food database.

    I also use my fitness pal, every day and last year I lost over 1 stone with it.

    I think my fitnesspal is the best. I love the fact it reads barcodes

    I have registered on MFP . How can I save my favourite foods ? It has saved todays food diary but I was going to add some foods then it would save time each day if they were in favourites ? Is there a way to do this ?

    How does it read bar codes?

    When you go to add something to your diary there is a barcode symbol on the bottom right hand side on the iPhone app. Hope this helps.

    If you add foods it automatically saves them in My Foods. :) xx
