Green Days Wedding booked need help !!!

Hi all

I've tried this before and I am back for more but this time I mean business!
I have booked my Wedding last month & I have 17 months to get myself sorted out...
I am a vegetarian & I am planning on green days with slimming world online. I have two jobs & a 3yr old & cannot make classes.
Any tips, advice, meal plans would be much appreciated as I need routine & direction desperately!
I have never been slim, not even as a teen & I am more than ready to unleash the real me :)
I want to lose around 5 stone & have also just joined a gym....

I'm mostly red days - but I do have the occassional green! Have a sneaky peek at some of the online diarys here. One of my favorite green days is quorn chicken nuggets (0.5 syns each) a big pile of mash and baked beans - simple, but real warming after a long day at work!

I'm getting married in 15 months...i'm starting Tuesday but can't join the group till Saturday.

I'm getting married in about 16 months and want to lose some more weight. Slimming World is great and easy to follow and there is lots of support but the hard bit is the gym. You MUST do this bit it helps loads and even if you have a naughty day eating if you go to the gym you should be able to burn it off. The hardest bit of the gym is walking through the door, the rest is easy. My advise in regards to the gym is make the effort, try and buddy up and go with someone as you will drive each other on, Ignore the slim gym types and just do want you can as often as you can as something is better than nothing. I also added a few other things into my '' more exercise routine'' I parked as far as I could away from the entrance of the supermarket. I watched TV while doing step on the Wii just little changes like that can make a big difference over time.

SO many brides-to-be you lucky ladies!! Only advice I can give you is, when you feel like giving up - come on here! It stops you immediately!

Home made soups full of veggies are my green day secret weapon, check the recipe section there's loadsa great soup ideas on there!

Trying the dress on worked for me i have a picture to look at each time i feel like going off plan i can now look at what my hard work is for :) xx
