Hey, I need lots of help and inspiration, I'm getting married in July and my wedding dress is to small ;( put on a few pound last couple of weeks! So I need to be strict and stick to it! Fingers crossed!

get a piccie of ur dress and set as ur wallpaper on ur phone/computer get a proper photo and stick it to ur fridge or cupboars so if u are tempted u will see it and see what yu could end up missin out on xxx

Im the same only im the bridesmaid in APRIL had hoped to lose 2 stone but I've only got one down only 8 weeks to go dont think it will happen now. I had a big slip up at xmas I put on 6lbs but I went back to basics and reread all my books , if your at a group you could speak to your consulant aswell there is a leaflet called success express which may be helpful for you, its really helped me lose and got me back on track.
