    Hi all...
    Well my cdc is away this week I bought new scales and decided to weigh myself I have to know where I am weekly...

    So 2 lbs off.. thought I would lose more this week as I only lost 2 lbs last week but hey ho .. I cant change how my body works I am doing ss so its not like Im eating the wrong foods and I drink loads of water... It is totm so i guess that doesnt help!!

    Wow well done just keep looking at the over all picture.You wouldnt have lost that much with any other diet.Keep up the good work & try not to weigh yourself too much.
