I lost half a pound today which is better than I expected. I was off plan a fair bit at the weekend as I was away in the Lake District. However, the 8.5 hour walk up and down Scafell Pike probably helped. It's the highest mountain in England at 3,200 feet.
I am now only a tiny half pound away from reaching my 2 stone loss. It's taking me ages to get there and I'm really determined to do it next week.
I'm hopful too, i gained 1lb last week and was quite naughty, then despite that went on to binge on a dominoes, but have been 100% back on track since, so fingers x'd! xxxxxxxxxx
Hi all, been to weigh in this morning and gain im still 'sniffing' at my 4 stone loss AARRGGHHHH
i managed to loose 1.5lb today so Im still a measly 1/2lb away
I better do it for next week im getting fed up of blooming seeing it LOL
half a pound away...how frustrating, slack alice! Never mind, you will get it and more next week!
Thought I would STS as I felt all bloated and am waiting on period......ended up losing 2 pounds. Thrilled!

Stayed the same this week. I am happy with that as I had a very flexible day on Sunday.
SW food but oodles of alcohol.
Went straight back on Monday, and cut back syns to try and right the bottle of wine plus....so I am pleased.

-1lb for me. Pleased with that, considering I had 4 days in Cardiff and didn't really count syns properly whilst I was there. I did have SW-friendly evening meals, but had a bit of chocolate and wine! I could have lost more if I'd tried harder, but TBH 1 will do nicely.
Now on to next week, with a wedding to contend with this weekend...eek!
I lost 3lb so got my I also revised my target as I wouldn't be happy with just another 2lb off
Well done all the losers out there, and anyone that STS but had a great time on it.
Little Nicky - Don't fret too much; I tend to find slimming world about a week behind for me, in that if I have a bad week it doesn't show until the following week on the scales, and the same when I have a good week.
I also know that someone else at my group had their first WI last week and they put on 1lb, but this week they lost 4lbs without doing anything different!
Trust in the plan, and all will be well.
-1.5lbs off, would of liked more but I'm happy with what I had, here's to next week.

If you've really stuck to the diet 100% you should have lost, especially on your first week (unless you've just come off a very low calorie/meal replacement diet). You might find that it shows up next week.
