    Morning all, my "star week" has started and I am hungry AND cranky! Not a good combo, lord help my boss today :)

    Am doing a mixed day today

    B: Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, bacon sarnie HE B
    L: Ham, salad, ex lite mayo 1.5
    D: Egg, sw chips and beans

    S: mullerlight, banana, pear
    E: 30 mins on the powerplates
    W: 2 litres

    My food for today is.........

    Green day

    Brekkie was 28g porridge oats with very small amount of skimmed milk ( HE B and half a HE A)

    Snack mid morning Banana

    Lunch 2 quorn sausages, 2 pumpkin seed ryvitas (HE B) ell cottage cheese

    Tea Jacket potato, salad and sw quiche

    Steph.. I too am a complete mardy arse today, plans have all changed and so it's thrown my eating plan mayhem.

    B: Cereal and Milk (1B and 1A)
    L: Sushi - mainly vegetarian so all rice really (guessing at 5syns)
    D: Pasta with arrabatia sauch and vegetables

    S: Wotsits (oops), yogurt and apple
