    Morning all, frazzled today but have all my "diet" food with me today so no being bad :eek: * Week as well, so am craving chocolate!!

    B: Hifi Bar HE B, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
    MM: peach, banana, grapes and mullerlight
    L: WW Bolognese bake 6.5 syns, salad
    D: Grilled smoked salmon, steamed tenderstem broccoli, bns chips

    S: baked walkers 5 syns, peach, carrots
    E: rest day
    W: 2-3 litres

    Hi Steph, what do sf (as in sf vanilla latte) and bns stand for?

    Here's my day, Success Express:

    B - 2 Weetabix (Hex B and Hex A)
    L - Tuna Nicoise, 1/3 tuna and new potatoes, 2/3 hard boiled egg, green beans and salad, fat free dressing
    Tea - Ham and Baked Bean Toastie, 1/3 ham and baked beans, 2/3 salad, 2 slices bread (Hex B)
    D - 1/3 Syn free sausages and sautee potatoes, 2/3 roasted med veg

    Snacks - Fruit and Yogurt, Ryvita Minis (5 Syns)
    Exercise - Walk/Run

    Weigh in tonight!
