Aahhhh thank you Autumn. I love cooking and food in general (part of the problem I guess!). How are your losses going?

Breakfast
Woke up at 11am (must have needed it...)
So bizarre breakfast of fresh squid in chilli, salt and pepper flash fried with salad

Lunch
Pot roasted silverside of beef with loads of veg, tomatoes and stock
mashed roots
broccoli
roast new potatoes with garlic and parsley

Dinner
Chicken shish kebab with homemade raita (6syns)
loads of cabbage salad

Extremely fruity yogurt 4syns

Snack
Cockles with vinegar and tabasco
 
Same here i have subscribed to the thread as have very similar tastes to you. I am going to have to cook the sea bream it sounds lovely x
 
Jenjen, it is really lovely. I had it in a chinese restaurant and they told me they steamed it on a plate in a bamboo steamer but I did it in a foil bag and it was still fab

Other half has come in from the pub and is ordering a chinese. I have no bloody willpower so having beef in oyster sauce with loads of veggies and plain rice
I hate my lack of willpower

Don't feel guilty! It's only one meal and you made a good choice :) if you saw the amount of rubbish I managed to eat yesterday you would feel like a saint lol xx

had two burgers and two rolls so 6 syns for second roll

half a biscotti in starbucks with an americano 3.5 syns
count on us mands rhubarb creme brulee yogurt syns???
 
Found out the syns for the yogurt. It's free which is brilliant because I really enjoyed it

Count on us raspberry pannacotta yogurt (free and bloody lovely)

roasted field mushroom

Packet of tesco crunchy claws (5syns)

Really not sure what I fancy at the moment. But it is gin night so it'll have to be very low syn! x
 
dinner had a mixture of red onion, mushroom, turkey, stock, elf philli, mange tout, rice....
then did a bottle of gin at gin night
and am starving hungry x

Had quorn nuggets and salad for lunch. Really enjoyed them too.
Tea was what I expected. and I really enjoyed it. Only had water to drink. They didn't have any lentil so I had Channa Daal (Chickpeas) Meal was maybe low on the superfree but it was the best I could do!

Am out for lunch today too. Ooops
Had HexB toast and two poached eggs for breakfast with fruit

Out I am going to have either steak, seafood pasta or fajitas with a side salad. Not decided yet though. Probably won't need to eat again bar some fruit later as won#t be eating until 3/4ish
Hope all these meals out don't ruin weightloss.
 
I chose to have fajitas and side salad. I really enjoyed them. I had a couple of glasses of red wine too.

Breakfast on Monday: fruit and fat free yogurt
Lunch 4 ryvita and 4 laughing cow
Dinner: tuna pasta with loads of superfree in the sauce

Leftover tuna pasta and superfree

Chicken, Bacon, bbq sauce (5 syns) hexA cheese Jacket potato and salad


Really not been well the last couple of days. I suffer from depression and am really struggling at the minute. Food is not a priority but trying to make good choices. My anxiety is such that I feel sick and have lost my appetite

Another less than model day, but not that hungry. Head is still a bit of a mess

Think i have gone over my syns but not by loads.

Lost 1.5lb at weigh in tonight and am quite happy with it. Not having to sacrifice meals out, but making wise choices is working. :)
