    Morning all!!! Lovely warmish and sunny in London. Red day today

    B: Porridge HE B & HE A
    MM: fruit salad & mullerlight

    L: Salad with roast chicken, light french dressing 2 syns
    MA: banana & peach

    D: Baked chicken wrapped in parma ham stuffed with elf garlic & herb cheese baked in chicken stock and shallots, new potatoes HE B, steamed grean beans

    S: fruit
    E: rest day today
    W: 2 litres

    B: hi-fi bar (HEX b)

    L: 1x800g wholemeal bread (HEX b), baked beans(ss), tinned plum tomatoes(s)

    D: sin free spicy potato wedges, 2 x quorn burgers(1 sin), 4 tbsp tomato ketchup(2 sins), 2 cheese slices(HEX a), mushy peas(ss)

    Snacks: melon(ss), pineapple(s), cheese curls(3.5 sins), 3 x minimilks(4.5 sins), 3 slices free pizza (21g red. fat cheese (half HEX a), peppers(s), mushrooms and sweetcorn)

    Mid morning snack was fresh pineapple and half an apple.
    Lunch was pasta with salad, boiled egg and quorn sausage
    tea was boiled egg sandwich (2 x hex b) with salad cream (2 sins)
