L: "Fried" tofu & noodle stir fry

D: Spaghetti & quorn meatballs, salad with salad cream 3 syns, olive oil HE B

S: fruit salad, mullerlight, multigrain hula hoops
E: can't run just yet but will go for a walk
W: 3 litres

I really must try tofu more. I've got a Natural Kitchen shop around the corner from where I work and I notice they do smoked tofu which sounds rather interesting so I might give that a go soon!

How do you make your Quorn meatballs?

Hi,

B: 4 dark rye ryvita, v. low fat cottage cheese

L: Bacon and cheese salad

D: Chicken and mushroom SW quiche with salad

S: apples, banana, yoghurt, snack a jack popcorn, hi fi bar
E: Walk to and from work (approx 10 mins each way). Walk dog 30mins
W: Aim for 2 litres

The quorn meatballs are premade in the freezer section (I can't seem to get the mince to stick together :)

Those frozen quorn meatballs are lovely, I have them with a bolognese sauce and pasta. It makes loads so I freeze the leftovers for an instant meal another day.

Is the smoked tofu free too?

I'm not actually keen on tofu, it feels like scrambled egg, its a bit squishy!
