Wee wee subject

Mine did smell in the morning and nearer the beginning of the diet but now it is abit darker in the am but not by much. I find if i'm drinking coffee and green tea that can change the colour slightly. The darker the colour though they do say its higher dehydration levels.

4 litres sounds an awful lot of water... i drink my 2 litres quite easily, but thought u had to be careful not to over drink??

but ye my tinkle smells different too ha putting it down to weightloss along with the bad breath dry mouth food dreams and all the other bloody things!! xxx

Mine has been more smelly the last few days, not sure why as I have been drinking +++ water!

Haha, maybe they are adding asparagus to the shakes......I must have asparagus shakes. Thanks everyone for the replies, had a good laugh x
