5lbs loss but i didn't stick to the plan 100%, which i do regret but i'm going to try even harder this week as i want a 9lb loss which will take me to a stone.
Well done! Word of warning from me tho - don't put too much pressure on yourself regarding that 9lbs. Because if it doesn't come off you will feel really disappointed and then the temptation to pick will come.....I'd say aim for 4lbs x
