Well just had my first weigh in and have lost 9lb :D Not bad as I have had a meal every night. As of today I am sole sourcing and looking forward to ketosis Done this diet a couple of years ago and it was and still is fab. I am planning to do this for 12 weeks and emerging at the end a skinny minnie. LOL

Well done, I think that it's a great idea to take a bit longer to get yourself into the diet, and into ketosis if you can. Much easier than cold turkey!

Thanks everyone, I am feeling like I could eat a scabby horse just now lol but I am not going to give in. Just need ketosis to take the edge off it.

Hi everyone, just got weighed and have lost another 5lb, made up with this as 5lb is my weekly goal if I lose more in a week it is a massive bonus.
