Week 1 weigh in

Well just had my first weigh in and have lost 9lb :D Not bad as I have had a meal every night. As of today I am sole sourcing and looking forward to ketosis Done this diet a couple of years ago and it was and still is fab. I am planning to do this for 12 weeks and emerging at the end a skinny minnie. LOL

Well done, I think that it's a great idea to take a bit longer to get yourself into the diet, and into ketosis if you can. Much easier than cold turkey!
