woo hoo. 1st weigh in and 12 and a half lbs down. also broke into my 15 stones. soooooo happy this morning

it also comes at a cost of £36 a week and you are supposed to drink a minimum of 2lts of water a day, i get through 3 or more.

hi. i dont mind the questions at all. it used to only be done at gps. but you can go to a pharmacy run one now. i go to lloyds pharmacy. you buy it by week and you get weighed there. you cant have a meal with it it is just the shakes. but you do get used to them as your stomach shrinks quite rapidly and you are no longer hungry once your body goes into fat burning. you can go to the gym or exercie. they just ask you to take it easy for the first week or so, so that your body can adjust to living off shakes. you will be very tired, moody bla bla bla for the first week or so. it wont carry on coming off at this rate. if you go into the search panel at the top and search lipotrim, then go into weigh ins you will get an idea.
everybodies weight comes off at different paces though. there is a lady on here that has lost 4 stone in 8 weeks. and then there might be someone else who has lost 2 in that same time space. last time i did it i lost 3 stone in 9 weeks. 5 stone in 5 months is definately doable as you are supposed to lose a stone a month as long as you stick to it.
dont get it twisted though. this diet isnt easy. the fact you cant eat anything doesnt suit everyone. and you cant have juice or anything, no flavoured water. you can have black tea and coffee, you can have tablet sweetener, any tea like peppermint as long as it isnt infused, it has to be actual leaves.
BUUUUUUTTTT. it is well worth it as long as you dont go back to your old eating habits which is what i did last time. thats where slimming world comes in this time.
the first week or 2 are the hardest, you will think your going mad, but if you can get through them, you will sail through the rest of it.
