Hi Im actually astounded I've lost 8lbs!! Its been a rollercoaster week which I dont think I would'v got through with out the at times daily support encouragement from all of you so thanks all.
I must admit it does feel good. I sincerely am so gratefull for all the support. I think that its probably gonna be a little easier from now on. Good luck for your next WI too lady x.
