    Hello All

    OK so after SS for 6 days 100% I lost 4lb:rolleyes:, not overly impressed but its in the right direction and has spurred me on for next week, got my shakes and ready to roll!

    Congratulations! Just think your 4lbs lighter, thats how you've got to look at it. If you weren't doing this diet, you wouldnt be lighter! Go You!
