Week 1!!!!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Just started my first week on lipotrim (1st weigh-in 2moro). Came across this forum yesterday, was in the doldrums :), was so delighted to see and read some of your tips on sticking with it and some of you're remarkable success stories.

Hey welcome! Grats for choosing Lipotrim, you'll have them 89 pounds off in no time! The weeks will fly, and before you know it you'll forget you're even on the diet!

If you're a lil short on motivation, I definitely recommend checking out BetsyBotox's pictures and weigh ins, they are phenominal! :D

Had my first weigh-in today and have lost 10 pounds in the last 5 days! im absolutly thrilled, and the diet is getting so much easier. Even sat through lunch in mc donalds today drinking water with my mates :D

Derek, jolly well done on a fab result for your first week. Now you are in ketosis and it will get easier. Keep sipping water throughout the day as it will help with any hunger pangs. You will fly along in the coming weeks. Lots of luck
