Hi guys. been a bit busy latlely so not been on.

Had my weigh in and this week lost 1lb. so still comming off which is good but at a very slow pace. I know im on the 1000 calorie step but was still expecting to loose better as picked up my game in activity. not trying to grumble as atleast im not putting back on. see what next monday weigh in brings before deciding if i need to SS to get the last 5lbs off or keep going this way.
