Week 15 and whooping 5.3 lbs lighter!!YAY

howdee Fellow slimmers,

just wanted to say that even after 15 weeks it is still possible to lose 5.3 lbs. Was absolutely gob smacked yesterday as I usually lose max. 4 lbs and then that yesterday!

I started to do 100 sit ups every night so that's probably what did the difference! It is so easy esp. while watching BB, ooops I have just outed myself, yes...erm... I do watch BB :p

Anyway hope u are all well and having good losses this week!

Well done Tridi,,,what a great loss on Wk 15 and as Elle says, the beauty of LT..you never know what you are gonna get!!!

I defo think the exercises help! I just wish I could fit more in....gonna start walking home from the train station next week whilst on re-feed!!

If we all just did, say 10-15 mins a day it could make a big difference
