Week 17 Weigh In Today

    And it seems to be going so slowly for the last 2 weeks. Feels like I have been on CD for ever and still no end in sight! Not helped by people saying " You aren't going to lose any more are you?" I really don't feel like I have lost anything this week...fingers crossed

    I'm only on week 3 and although I've been 100% don't think I've lost anything. I feel very bloated.

    It's unbelievable to me that you've made it to week 17! You're so strong! How do you stay motivated?

    People love to interfere don't they!?! It surprises me how many people think its ok to comment on your weight. Listen to yourself, and keep going until your ready.

    Thanks JLK. After all that whining earlier I feel a bit of a fraud now - it was 4 lbs off - but it really doesn't feel like it. As for determination - it was desperation - I was just getting bigger and bigger and couldn't enjoy things with my children. I don't know where it has come from but I do know that the sticking to it 100% is what has been motiviating me - even 17 weeks in I can still say that.

    Looking at your stats thought you are doing great - just think by easter you could be nearly there - how cool would that be

    Setas honey.. well done you!!! You are doing so fantastically well! :woohoo:

    I know what you mean about feels like you've been on for ages considering we both started back in September... but look how far you have come .. you are 2/3 of the way there! So only 2-3 months to go and the last month of so will be working up maintenance :D

    As for those people who comment on "not losing more"... remember you are just threatening their sense of comfort because you have been so disciplined and are looking so fab! So mentally poke em in the eye! ;-)
