Step 1 Sole Source + Week 2 & struggling :-(

Hi everyone! I'm on week 2 and I have really struggled today and been a little bit naughty :-( I lost 8lb last week and still didn't feel well by day 7 so my consultant suggested I move on to 3 shakes and a small meal.

I'm a mummy to 2 and a hungry partner lol so I'm having to cook yummy dinners while I'm sat with boring ones! I really do want to loose weight as I've put weight on since my little girl and just been a pig basically I was 14.3 that's the heavier I've ever been and its so depressing as I hate my body and don't have the same relationship with my partner cu how can he still fancy me 3 stone fatter?
Anyway to cut a long story short any suggestions for my meal just something a little different so I feel I'm not so deprived lol?
