    Hi everyone I am TS'ing exante and loving it. Health wise I haven't felt as good as this in a long time and my 1st weigh in last sat was a loss of 7lb. I got weighed yesterday and have lost 3lb so that's a total of 10lb in 2 weeks - yay! The best thing is I don't really feel like I'm 'dieting' as such. I'm
    not doing exercise ( though day to day I'm always on the go) and although I dislike the soups I love the bars and shakes and the weight is just dropping off. I even made a batch of fruit scones for my hubbie and girls and didn't even feel tempted to nibble. So yes I have become very evangelical about exante and long may it continue.

    Well done!! I would be chuffed with a 3lb loss on my 2nd week. Like u, I lost 7lb 1st week.

    So week 3 and I've gone and lost another 3lbs!!!!!! Whoop whoop whoop! That's 13lb in 3 weeks. What's happening here lol, I don't even feel like I'm trying. Thanks guys for all your support and encouragement. I'm now 11 stone 7 lb and goal weight is 10 stone 6lb before my birthday oct 11th. Will celebrate my victory today with a can of coke zero :)

    Hey just hang on in there, it will be so worth it on your first weigh in. I kept motivated on my 1st week by reading diaries on here and drinking loads fizzy water. Once you get to end of week it should be plain sailing. Keep coming on here though if you are struggling, you can do it X

    Hey viks, sorry only just got your message. I haven't started a diary as yet but I'm tempted to keep me on the straight and narrow. Thanks for adding me as a friend will have to look on the main pc to see how that works as I tend to use my iPhone mini mins app for quick posts. Hope you are doing ok? Take care
