Week 2 - How do I know I'm in Ketosis?

Good indicators would be bad breath, peeing lots, less hunger than normal and a little bit more energy.

The scientific way is kestix (not sure on spelling - they are sticks you pee on and the colour shows how much ketone in your pee).

Thanks! I felt more ketosis ish last week for some reason! I'll blame my TOM.....

Hi Bitsy. I am on day three and tested my urine with the ketostix this morning and I am already well in to the range I should be in. I had done LT before a few years ago and have found it much easier this time. I have a little boy too this time around and that has helped to keep busy. Last time it took me 4 days. I should think after 8 days you should definitely be in ketosis considering you have followed LT to the 'T'. Good luck at your next weigh in
