Week 2 Way In

Afternoon everyone,

Week 2 weigh in this morning and lost 10.5lbs, I note the 0.5 because i set myself a target of 10 and that takes it over :)

I hammered the exercise last week and am now shattered, a day off i think........

Hat's off to all of you would can stick with this for months, I'm doing it for 28 days then onto a no carb diet.

Past the half way mark now and i'm counting the days down.

This forum has been fantastic and ready everyone's stories has definitely kept me 100% so thanks guys!!!

Wow Jo, what a great loss for week 2!!

It's fantastic weight loss! Wish I only needed to stay on this for a month, but I think I have about another 8 weeks to go on this. Never mind, it will be over soon!

I just know I couldn't do it for much longer,

I've got the exercise bug right now am getting really frustrated at my energy levels, I want to do more!!

Well done Bev, looks like you are flying!
