Week 2 weigh in :D

Actually its technically days 5 - 10 and I lost 3lbs so I've lost 10lbs in 10 days not bad at all I say. Lost 7lbs in the first 4 days :D

To keep confusion to a minimum I just put the first 4 days as week 1 and the next week as week 2. And now I can eat the cereal bars! I just had the peanut one and it was delicious, and big! Loving CD!!!

Hi everyone, hope you dont think I'm interfering, just reading about the CD bars, I'm on week 4 and had 2 of the chocolate bars off my CDC last week, when I went for my WI, I still hadn't eaten them and she said that was good as the longer you can go without them the better??? Just wondering why that is, it put me off lol and I ended up giving them to my brother so that I wouldnt get tempted lol

I'm getting worried....
I've been having the bars from day 4!!!
Does it depend on how much weight you have to lose? because I have 10st to get rid of.
I still lost 12lb in my first week though.
I am now on day 9 of SS

I believe the issue with the bars is to wait until you are in ketosis, as the bars contain a (relatively) high amount of carbs, so they will delay your entry to ketosis, but once you are in ketosis, they shouldn't kick you out, as long as you limit them to one a day, and as a replacement for a meal.
