    Wow , had my 2nd weigh in today , after loosing 14 lb last week I wasn't expecting much , but I lost 5 lb :) WOW !!!! I love CD :)

    WELL DONE... Got my first weigh in on weds and i,m a little nervous.. i,m hoping for an 11lbs lost to take m to 20 stone.. but after having that chinese a realistic 8 lbs might be due
