Week 2 weigh in

    Just had my 2nd weigh in and lost another 7lb's so thats 1 stone gone now. I'm really happy ! :bunnydance:
    I've had a bit of an up and down week, stayed 100% but just generally didn't feel well.
    Spoke to my pharmacist and she was a little concerned over the amount of water i'm drinking (6 litres per day) apparantly i shouldn't drink this much, i've had a pain in my side all week and she thinks my kidneys could be working overtime cos of all the water and the pain could be my bladder (cos of all the trips to the loo).:eek:

    I'm confused now cos i was told between 4-6 litres is ok???? :confused::sign0163:

    No! You are not allowed to drink more than 4 litres of water a day otherwise you can get water poisening so please stop drinking that much water. Stick to 3-3.5 litres a day and you will be fine. Good luck x

    What a great loss hun...Congratulations x x

    You should be drinking a minimum of 2 litres, but no more than 4 litres a day (that is separate from the water you use in your shakes).. I hope that helps x x

    thanks everyone i somehow got confused with the 4 pints or 4 litre thing! ah well 2 weeks done, only 8 more to go! x
