Hi guys!
I went for my 2nd weigh in today and I lost 4 pounds! YAY!
I've lost a stone and 1 pound in 2 weeks! Woohoo!!

Although it was quite embarrassing when I was getting weighed. I made my appointment a week ago with my pharmacist, so went in like scheduled. I sat there and waited for awhile. Then someone that works there said he's in a meeting for an hour. Um...why did he schedule me if he was going to be in a meeting? So instead of going into the little room where it is private I had to stand on one of those scales where everyone can see me and it made LOUD beeping noises for 30 seconds. It was sooo embarrassing!! Hope that never happens again! But soooo happy I lost 4 pounds!
