just 2lb this week but again i don't feel like am on a diet and really enjoy the food.

bring on week 3 (will cut back a little lol but a loss is a loss :D)

Well done! I like to think of every day on Atkins (or any diet that truly suits you) as gradual preparation for Maintenance. Atkins is the best way of eating EVER for Maintenance!

Glad you are enjoying your yummy food. 2lb a week is a great loss; don't get impatient. You are doing really well x
