    Im very disappointed this morning i only lost 1ibs spose its my fault as i did eat a vegi burger and chips at the weekend but didt realise it would make that lot of difference to my weight loss?

    i lost 7ibs last week and 1ib this week also i have just started my periods so may be that has something to do with it?

    Hi my cdc told me that even if you ate just one piece of toast you could gain up to 5lbs in water something to do with the glycogen stores,dont worry about it as you know its water it should go pretty quick if you stick to cd
