    Just back from the pharmacy, down 3.8kg (8.4lb) , not as much as last week but i'm only a few lbs short of 2 stone :D

    @ Yeye: not feeling too bad now, stomach still a bit dodgy but not as bad as it was :)

    Thanks all :) another bit on inspiration to carry on another week :)

    @Jayne: thanks Jayne haven't been on this much during the week was so tired id fall from bed to work and vice versa. I'm feeling a bit more energetic now :)

    sure is missy its tough but when you see it going down that much it really keeps you going :)
