Week four weigh in

Wk1 10lb.
Wk2 9lb.
Wk3 5lb.
Wk4 5lb.

29lb in 4 weeks and I'm happy..

Current 15st 6lb.

Just need another 20lb to reach my first big goal.. I'm hoping I can do this within four weeks..

It's inevitable. I think it's so easy to get carried away with the results of the first few weigh ins. Just remember, the AVERAGE weekly loss on LT is 3.5lbs as this is in line with the 1st a month. With 18lbs to go you should be there in 5 weeks, not a lifetime in the overall scheme of things. Good luck for the coming week and stay focused and positive. 3lbs was a great result this far into the diet.

Getting bored but have dropped 5inches off my waste and want to get another 13lb. Off before maintenance...
