    Thank you, also almost lost a dress size, squeezed into a size 12 today, such an amazing feeling.

    Congratulations :) Thats great news, well done you!

    Its amazing how body shapes are so different when you compare BMI's I am comfortable in 14s and I am in the 25s BMI wise, I reckon I have a good half stone to go before I could even look at the size 12s in my wardrobe LOL

    Loopy, I am finding it quite difficult, I really desperately want to eat, not out of hunger just out of habit. I want to eat so much that even though I have been a vegetarian for six years I really want some meat.

    Hedgehog, Body shapes are wierd, I am covered in muscle due to hores riding so thats why I think even though my BMI is just under 30 I am just fitting into 12's. The problem I have is being busty. Twelves fit lovely everywhere but can't get them over my boobs. Rubbish.
