    Made it to week 2 with a 3lb loss, a bit dissapointed as it doesnt seem much for all the hard work of S/S but still a loss and makes it 9lbs in 2 weeks so on target for that stone a month.

    4.5lbs a week is impossible on any other diet! you should be pleased hun! If you keep going at the same rate, you will be at goal in about 12 weeks! Now THAT makes it worthwhile hun xxx

    How do I put my progress down to appear like yours as in week i, week 2 etc

    :DWell done! A loss at this stage is bette than a gain...just think how well you have done by sticking to the diet...that in itself deserves a pat on the back:)

    stick with it ...i have hard days and good still but when you get weighed and have lost its well worth it

    hey..well done on your loss.. i too loss only 2lbs last night at my 2nd weigh in and i'm dissapointed too but hey ho just got to stick with and hopefully next week is a better loss!!
