Just weighed in for my second week. I was a little worried as I have been out for 2 Xmas meals this week. I did have very small portions ( my stomach won't allow very much anyway) and I tried to avoid the carbs but roast potatoes are a weakness of mine. Anyway, I still lost 3 lbs, so I'm really pleased about that. Now I've got to get through the next week to Christmas day. I've got another Xmas meal tonight and then a weigh in on Xmas morning before the BIG day. Fingers crossed Good luck to evryone who is trying to lose weight ( or not gain it) at this very difficult time!
