    -3lbs, I haven't been drinking enough water though, but a loss is still a loss

    Well done, you're dead right...a loss is a loss. and on the water score i find it helps to go between still and sparkling, the variation seems to help me get adequate amounts in anyway!

    Yaaaay Flacky! A stone gone is AWESOME!! Well done. Had my first weigh in today and -8lbs and TOTM so pleased with that. Was going to switch to maintenance but have decided to give TFR another week and see how I go....a day at a time....!
