Week 2 .........

Hi All

This week I came off the rails a bit. Had a meeting at work and they supplied lunch. All the wrong stuff, sandwiches, wraps, crisps etc. I didn't overindulge but did have a few bits and bobs. Overall I thought I did ok but it obviously had a big impact.

Loss of just 3lbs this week.
