    Well what can i say really disappointed with my weigh in, not the type to look for excuses but can anyone let me know if having an operation would have slowed down my weight loss or is this what I'm to look forward to, disappointment & being moody at home. Sorry really down today....:cry:

    Hey hun 3lb is great!! Cant lose 6lb every week hun, i had a few 2lb losses and thers have had less, seriously you should be pleased! xxxx

    Cheers guys just feeling sorry for my self OH is working away so alone and hungry is not a good combination, will stick with, hols in june and there is no way I'm getting mistaken for a beached whale.:D

    hey you thats great i too got weighed today i lost 4lb was a little unhappy about it but hey any loss is good now you would not want that 3lb on the end of your nose now! thats solid fat so chin up drink drink drink xxxxx

    Actually 3llbs a week is just exactly the average you should be loosing....you loose about a stone a month as a woman on this....I had loads of weeks with 3llbs...a couple with 1llbs!!! It all adds up!! Well done!!
