Hi all went to WI last night and lost just 2lbs, was a little disappointment, no to be honest I was gutted so much so that I cried when I got home as I stuck to it 100% and OH had cheated and lost 6.5lb. I think I was more upset that he had lost so much and cheated than I was with just the 2lbs part. So I continued to have a small chicken and bacon salad at 280cals and didn't have 1 shake. I know I shouldn't comfort eat, but I find if I have a small salad after WI food doesn't bother me at all for the rest of the week. So this week I am trying not to have any bars and just have 3 packets and to go gymophobics 3 times this week. To see if this helps. So fingers crossed for a better loss this week.
