Week 21 & just missed out on 8st gone

Well another week bites the dust and also does another 4lbs this week taking my total loss to date to 7stone 13lbs, just missed out on making it 8 stones but hey roll on next week when a 1lb loss will take me to a 8 stone loss and a 5lb loss will take me into the 15's.
Oh my God I cant believe im nearly into the 15's :bliss:even if it will be the top end of the 15's LOL...


Im now having 2 days WS each week now and due to the amount of weight I have lost upto now I was only expecting maybe a 2lb loss each week now but I am so happy with my loss this week. )))
